15 Minute Manifestation Practice

Now, for all the vacations that you return to, consider how you can be happier in life by adopting the same beliefs. As an example, if you yearn for more family, you could write down Christmas or New Year’s fantasies that involve household.

Once you have identified all the emotions that drive your needs, it’s time to produce the affirmative affirmations which will manifest these needs. For every affirmation that you write down, tell the world what it is that you desire. After you’ve made your affirmations, be sure to sign off with a specific time of day (the same for every affirmation). Using this method, you will give up the belief which you cannot bring the things into your life that you would like.

Now you’ve let go of the belief you will not manifest your desires, you’re going to begin to experience what manifestation actually means. Remember that you have an inner child. This is the part of you that dreams and hopes and loves. These are the things which will manifest in your life when you go to work and when you eat dinner. Remember that your manifestation is obviously the future. This is why it is important to always put thoughts of love, laughter and happiness in your heart.
